We aim to make the process as quick, easy and painless as possible for you. We have a super choice and high standard of accommodation on our books which is one of the great advantages of choosing us. In addition we have a dedicated Student Rental Listing for our student customers.
We start by chatting to you about your needs before identifying suitable properties to show you. The time of viewing is flexible and can be arranged at a time suitable to you. We then take you through our letting process, give you a pack with all relevant information and guide you in the completion of the necessary documents and dealing with the relevant agencies. We also provide a service whereby we will meet you at the train station or bus park on the day you arrive and bring you to your property.
As part of our professional service we are available to you, to the time you take up residence to deal with any queries you may have. If you don’t see exactly what you are seeking in our property listings, please do contact us by telephone 059 9143100 or e-mail us at email@example.com and we will use our extensive experience and connections in the local market to find something suitable for your needs and budget.
There is no cost to you, the tenant for our services.
Once you have chosen a particular property from our list, please note that we will require the following items from you in order for a tenancy to commence:
We want to know more about you, so please send us details of your requirements through our contact page so that we can identify the right properties to show you that meet your needs.
Having identified potential properties to suit your requirements, we will arrange for you to view the property. Viewing will always be accompanied by one of our property managers, who will be able to provide you with immediate advice and answer any questions you may have.
To hold the property you have selected you will need to pay a holding deposit of €250. This payment will be put towards the security deposit payable on the property, once the tenancy goes ahead. Should your credit references fail or you decide not to rent the property you will lose the holding deposit.
We request two character references in writing per tenant e.g. Previous Landlord and one of the following Employer, Credit Union, Bank etc.
