Managing Director of the business, Derry has worked in the company for a number of years. Following experience gained while working with REA McGee in Tallaght, Derry returned to manage the business on a full-time basis in 2014. In addition, he looks after the Sales and Commercial side of the business. He holds a Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in conjunction with IPAV and is presently in the third year of Bachelor of Science (Hons) Property Studies in D.I.T. Derry has gained his TRV status recently (TEGoVA Residential Valuer – European Valuer qualification), and is qualified to complete valuations to the European Valuation Standards of the “Blue Book”. He also currently holds a PSRA licence A, B, C, & D.
